By accessing or using Project Fire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Service. By using Project Fire, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Project Fire is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer conversations across Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram. The Service includes tools for configuring AI behavior, managing connected messaging accounts, and viewing conversation analytics.

The features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Project Fire, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Project Fire is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account. Each individual may maintain only one account.

Project Fire offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content; impersonate another person or entity; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any usage limits or security measures of the Service.

Bots created through Project Fire must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform, including Meta's Platform Terms (for Messenger and WhatsApp) and Telegram's Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

Project Fire and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Project Fire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide through the Service. By using Project Fire, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Project Fire integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp), Telegram, and AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of each provider.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or terms may affect the functionality of the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your end users whose messages are processed by the AI.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Fire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Service settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
